Jennifer Dieter (she/her/hers), CFRE, CPPM, has over 15 years of non-profit experience, the majority in fund development. She has worked with several small, grassroots organizations looking to maximize their resources by raising money in an effective, sustainable way. She understands small shop fundraising and the unique needs of a fundraising generalist. She is currently on the Minnesota Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals' (AFP) Board of Directors and Education Committee and involved with the Community Centric Fundraising (CCF) group in the Twin Cities. Jennifer has a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from Lawrence University. She became a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) in 2015 and completed the Certified Professional Project Manager (CPPM) program at St. Thomas in 2020. Mike Orum (he/him) has over 20 years of non-profit experience, primarily with small and medium size organizations. He has experience as an Executive Director at both local and national nonprofits. Mike has experience in developing new programs, improving operational efficiencies, building infrastructure, and creating exciting and new engagement opportunities. He has experience in many areas of nonprofit operations from program development, impact measurement, community engagement, executive leadership, risk policy development, corporate and individual fundraising and volunteer management. Mike is dedicated and focused on excellence in all areas of organizational management, committed to providing high quality services to customers, staff, volunteers, and donors. As Mike likes to say, “every dollar and every hour counts.”
